Control Panel Preventive Maintenance Inspections

bullet Check resistance of winding insulation
bullet Check measurement of voltage and current on each inspection

bullet Check voltage drop across each leg of the starter
bullet Check termination of conductors for proper torque

bullet Check voltage drop across each leg of the breaker

bullet Check lubrication levels and take samples, if desired
bullet Perform a limited thermal scan *

*  Thermal Scan: A scan of all components in the control systems for any abnormal temperature readings. For pumps and motors this will help to indentify problems with moving parts.

**  Audio/Visual Inspection: Inspection of all system components to find worn parts and loose connections. We also include in this inspection listening for faults which show themselves through vibration.
